Accidentally packed the wrong files

-added light effects;

-added Ammo Box Entity;

-tweaked values;

-fixed Halo 2 human weapon impact sounds and some projectiles being laggy

-nerfed Plasma Launcher;

-fixed shotgun issues on Halo Reach Nextbots, fixed all weapons spamming errors on NPC's;

-added decals and impact fx to nextbots;

-added Nextbot compatibilities;

-added Halo 2 Anniversary Machinegun and Plasma Cannon;
