Added RNG2, without C2

Make sure there's only 2 antlion guards per map, not more.

Added RNG2 C2. It has antlion guards, rare fast ubers, more chance for para-drone spawn.

Remove prespawn from WB VanASBI to keep it consistent with original VanASBI

Improve parasites' and xenomites' packs prespawn for RNG and RNG C2.

- Increased onslaugh limits for RNG
- Improved xenomite spawning checks

Added ASBI Weapons Balancing + RNG C2 challenge. It includes carnage x2, harder hacks, no adrenaline, two sided hordes, drone acceleration.
