Localisation fix.

Update 6/20/2020

- Changed the Prophet of Nod civic into an origin with the same name. The origin has the same modifiers as the civic.
- The Marked of Kane civic now just requires some degree of spiritualist instead of materialist.
- Made some changes to the environment background on New Sarajevo. It needed some more Tiberium.
- Flag alignment changes.

Hotfix

- Changed the Cairo system's sun to a red star.
- Altered the Nod female scientist clothing outfit.

Update 5/19/2020

Added a few more portraits for Nod:
- Another Black Hand Trooper portrait
- Black Hand Powered Armor variant
- Awakened Cyborg

You can find them all in the leader portraits for generals.

Updated to 2.7.1

- Altered the civics' modifiers
- Altered the prescripted empire.

Update 5/1/2020

- Changed the species class and graphical culture names for better compatibility with the Stellaris Tiberium Wars mod. This should avoid any potential conflicts.
- Added Nod berets for both male and female portraits.
- Added a Seth hairstyle option.
- New Nod military officer uniform.
- Customized the Nod starting planet's environment on Sarajevo.
