Fixed the structure placement issues

Re-created the crafting table inventory based on the smithy in an attempt to fix the item auto crafting issues when zoning.
Re-built with the current devkit in an attempt to fix the crashes when placing the crafting station.

Fixed rug collision on ships (You will float a bit..)
Added extended spoil time for treasure maps in Bookcase
Increased bookcase inventory to 280 (same as vanilla)
Reduced the weight of the Bookcase and Bookcase item
