MAYOR CHARACTER REVAMP
-added thunder spear as the new nspecial
-added dstrong
-clinging onto opponents in hitstun will paralyze them for a brief time

-ustrong is now chargable
-fair has less knockback, less range and has a lower angle
-bair now launches straight up
-dair has less range
-fstrong has more friction and more knockback
-nair has less range

-fsmash is now grounded and can be charged
-you can no longer cling on to enemies when on hitstun
-when cling to an opponent, every time you hit them in the air your max radius of movement increases, this prevents infinitely hitting your opponent to the blastzone.
