Changes:
- Now fires one missile (or two if lucky) with a long cooldown
- Slighty decreased speed
- Upped the size to 2.5 - 3.0 - 4.0 depending on tech level
- Upped slot usage for 3.0 and 4.0 slot turret
- Increased the damage. Dps/slot should be around 500-1500 depending on rarity

Further revisions. Now they will always be coaxial and require 5 slots, only size is different. Lowered the speed of the missiles, increased blast radius, slighty lowered cost and damage
