Increased LoadOrder to 50000. This mod has a limited scope (only changing the deal screen) and it's safe to assume that anyone installing it would prefer it's deal window over any other mod's.

Fixed incorrect "You have the maximum amount of this" text.

Added translations.
Reworked UI slightly so inventory and trade contents are in separate columns, minimising amount of scrolling needed, especially for trade contents.
Left/right inventories are coloured per the civilisation's primary colour.
