-Removed custom ini choice.
-allowed individual range choice for each trough.
-Working on way to allow trough range too go below 300. (math currently breaks, and feeds like the entire map)

-Fixed custom ini not increasing feeding range. Please report any errors of feeding going below or farther then the visible green circle, my math my have some flaws.
