-Added ability to lock/ unlock it.
-Added ability to add a pin.
-Unlocking the trough does not allow none tribe members from accessing the UI.
-Fixed a "Current Trough Range1:" typo.

-Re-did all the range math, so its better lined up.
-Added a new range visual, like the S+ one.
-Had too re-do the UI.
-Add an X too exit the UI, as an alternative too esc.
-completed the whitelist/ allowed items list functionality.

Please report any bugs, as I defenitly expect a few, even with all my testing.
