Buffed the black badges

I divided the character into two versions: The golden badges and the black badges.
The black badges have the original frame data and the golden badges are balanced.

Here are all the changes that the golden badges have:

-all aerials' damage and knockback are reduced
-downb range reduced and it has no super armor
-aerial movement is normal
-jab's hitstun is reduced
-taunt can be activated only once per match
