Resolved an issue where many objects couldn't be moved or dealt after the most recent Tabletop Simulator update, as well as the skill check zone buttons not working. All scripting zones have had their Y coordinate adjusted to be in pixel-perfect position on the board to resolve this issue.

When playing with the Daybreak expansion but without the Pegasus expansion, the Cylon Locations overlay is now properly applied.

Replaced the civilian ships, civilian ship discard pile, and the base game and Exodus basestar damage stacks with bags that are automatically shuffled when an object is added to them.
