- added "atte_poseable_front" and "atte_poseable_rear"
I had to split the model into two as studiomdl.exe does not support models of such high vertex count. Also only the front two feet have articulated toes as there is a limit of 32 ragdoll bones which the rear model would have exceeded

- added mirrored versions of the feet

- added either $opaque or $mostlyopaque to all models
