Added subservice rotation so a more wide variety of transport vehicles is shown, with less repeats.
Added jet plane back into the selection because almost all planes are named that.

Changed to not include vehicles with the words "post", "cargo", "freight", or the generic named "jet plane". I also made it so it will not repeat the last 3 vehicles unless other vehicles cannot be found. Fixed so it will show a random road when no public transport buildings are found.
