(Wow this is a big one)

-Changed light_enviroment colours
-Decreased lightmaps to 8 in a vain attempt to get good lighting
-Widened sniper box
-1st Func_detail pass
-Added 4 more T spawns, for full 24V24 action
-Made buyzone bigger
-Removed wooden beam from Short to Mid
-Added some overhead wooden beams
-Reworked cover at T Spawn -> Hole somewhat
-Added objective text for T's
-Added a beam to block Mid -> Hole sniping
(Should still be possible the other way around, so watch out)

And, the big one...
-Added THE PLANE

-Fixed a CRITICAL bug with the valves locking themselves, even if the doors on Hostage aren't open yet
-Cleaned up a lot of textures
-Added some props
-Generally cleaned up the map as quickly and best I could
-I submitted this with 42 minutes until the deadline
