-Fixed some bugs

-Fixed a CRITICAL texture bug (if any in-game textures are black, please let me know)
-Made it so that valves to open Silo aren't immediate (they now take 3 Seconds)
-A lot of other smaller changes

- Actually implemented the "two buttons, one hostage" idea I had
- Some layout changes to compensate for that
- Made the hostage rescue point smaller
