Improved OuroTech Guardians a lil bit.
You can now buy blueprints to craft armor for them.

Added a couple more beret blueprints.

Added a merchant that may show up at Waystations and bars in some cities (larger cities and tech hunter ones).
You can order OuroTech Guardians from them, and they'll show up at your base.

Resized the Ouroboros Hammer. It was too tiny.

Added a few more unique variants of the weapons.

Added a few more patrols.

**I've also updated the Walkers, Carriers and Vanguards in the separate mod. They should hopefully no longer crash the game.**

Fixed a few things, and added a new type of droid; the Guardian droid.

Added a blue and red beret for some colour variation. Also put them all into one blueprint.
