Made the weapons craftable. You can buy an OuroTech Weaponry blueprint now. It works for all weapons.

Updated ranged weapon model, changed some stats a little bit.
Shortblade is now a sabre type weapon (the other one is still katana type).

Added a ranger helmet and a ranged weapon. Also changed some stats for balance.

Expanded the waystation slightly with the Thieves' Guild and a construction shop.
