Some minor changes. Added "depleted" versions of the weapons to various shops.

Just a small thing I forgot to edit. Ignore this. :)

Changed the layout of the OE Waystation. Added a faction HQ, a weapon shop (moved all the weapons and weapon blueprints there), generators, ramps for the walls and a house you can purchase.

I added a faction leader as well, and you can donate to join the faction.
If you ally with them, patrols will sometimes escort you.

Added a new weapon.
Added a new helm and armor variant.
Added a new NPC, and a new squad to the Ashlands.
Adjusted some stats.
Added icons for the armblades.
You should be able to craft all crossbows now.

Let me know if there are any more bugs/errors :3

Fixed a small texture issue.

Added new armor variants (desert camo, jungle camo).
Added a backpack to the vendor.
Switched pauldron to the other side on the light version of the armor (I thought it looked a bit better).

Added a new weapon and a new armor piece.
