Added gamemode and rolechange categories to REAL Gun Game

Added REAL Gun Game

Fixed some weapon reload sounds not being replaced during Narration

Added handling of weapon upgrades (from the PAP) when swapping weapons between players

Fixed typo in Betrayed

Fixed Rock, Paper, Scissors not actually ending when a player was killed

Fixed errors in events that manipulate weapons if the weapons don't have the Primary property defined

Changed to not load outside TTT

- Fixed error in deadchat in TTT2
- Fixed deadchat forcing ttt_limit_spectator_chat to be enabled even if it wasn't on the server before
