Added manual handling of convar saving and loading to avoid problems with FCVAR_ARCHIVE. Thanks to The Stig!
- Convar values are saved and loaded from "data/randomat/convars.json"
- This means convars will no longer need to be placed in the server.cfg (or listenserver.cfg) for them to save through server restarts

- Fixed various events improperly reacting to players being moved to spectator
- Fixed various events not tracking players with duplicate names correctly
- Fixed players who respawn during various events not causing the intended effects anymore
- Fixed players who were dead when Real Gun Game started but then respawned not getting assigned a gun
- Fixed error when a player wins Real Gun Game
