Fixed 1-2 thing that I forgot to upload from Normand patch.

-Changed the Norwegian Machinegun localisation.

Fix time!
Bugfix:
-Some vehicles refuse to appear in normal game (even tho they show up in test mod)
-Squads simply disappeared when you choose a year in battle, but show without problem in WW2 mod

you can thanks normand for this!

change:
fixed the Guard icon for Thailand
changed the price of the NC-31 for Yugoslavia
changed the name of the greek elite squad to "Evzone"
