Found and fixed bug with camera rolling, which hopefully fixed all bugs related to that

Added configurable feature so players can enable rolling with their vehicle, if you do a roll now you go upside down! It is quite epic, also added a feature for staff to see when someone edits a property of an LFS vehicle, now you can tell who turned on AI mode for the LAAT and killed everyone thinking they are funny
