computer as it is no longer necessary***

Markets Rates are slightly up from last months levels (June 2023)
◦ Reduced Cargo Availability to 25% to simulate reduced freight due to increasing economic woes in the US. Players should
trip plan very carefully and avoid areas with little to no freight.
