Updated the music that comes from other player's bodies so that it no longer sounds slowed down (special thanks to DelaryHap for bringing that to my attention).

Added the sound effect to be heard on other people's corpses.

New sound effect added: The build up to the drop can be heard when you are down and nearly dying.

Now available in L4D1.
