Update 3/30/2020

- Added a Prescripted Empire for Novus (currently set to "yes" instead of "always" for spawning which means it may sometimes spawn in-game, but not every time). If you want a forced spawn, you'll have to create a new empire design by editing the Prescripted Novus empire and saving it with your changes.

Known Issues:
1. Novus Flags can sometimes randomly change when loading a saved game. I'm currently looking for a fix.

Future Plans:
1. NSC compatibility
2. More portrait animations if possible.

Let me know if anything else is bugged or out of place.
