Version 2.4

-Moved team 1's victory point to another hill, so it's a little farther from their base, more central, and thus makes for a better VP game.

-Added extra flanking routes in the center of each side of the map, to pull the action off the highway and into the hills, where it belongs.

-A few cosmetic touch-ups.
