Added Swirlock to the pirate ship name generator in memory of his passing, he was a long time Consortium Gaming player that will be missed.

Reduce the amount of Torpedo\'s given from Ammo Crates, Moved Ammo Crates to CG Ships. Note that this means after this update, all Ammo Crates that you had will vanish, you will have to get new ones from looting again.
Added Rune of Holding to the Flotsam and Shipwrecks.

Increased shipwreak gold a lot
Increased flotsam gold a little
Increased chance to get wood roof, ceiling, wall, door blueprints from flotsam and shipwreaks
Removed CG Shipyards from the loot drops
Evened out the quality of drops T3 and T4 a bit
BPs from T3 and T4 ships should be slightly lower cost to build, but still give the same chance at good blueprints
