Update 3/30/2020

- Added a Prescripted Empire for the Hierarchy (currently set to "yes" instead of "always" for spawning which means it may sometimes spawn in-game, but not every time). If you want a forced spawn, you'll have to create a new empire design by editing the Prescripted Hierarchy empire and saving it with your changes.

-Added a new army type based off of Orlok the Eternal's battle platform. Unlocks when researching synthetics technology. Must also have the "Hierarchy Walkers" civic.

- Replaced some of the Hierarchy portraits with animated ones.
