- Texture update for the Hierarchy shipset including updating diffuse textures and normal maps while adding specular maps for each model.

- Special thanks to Cavily for the texture overhaul.

- Frigate model was swapped for the Phase tank destroyer from the corvette saucer.

Updated to 3.6.0

- All Hierarchy saucers in the shipset can now rotate (also includes NSC ships).
- Added missing weapon locators to fix an issue that causes weapons to fire from the star.
