Fixed Splinter Colony event chain won't start when Chrysanthemum country contacted the homeworld.

Fixed Chrysanthemum colonies are continental planet class when the homeworld is PD exotic planet class.

- Fixed an issue about "Lost Home" origin (Dyson Swarm mod).
- Void Dwellers, "Hostage Planet" (Dyson Swarm mod) and "The Archive of the Iarkans" (Planetary Diversity - Unique Worlds) origins are unlocked.
- Life-Seeded origin is unlocked also, if you don't mind why a species evolved on gaia planet has different climate preference. If you mind it, the issue will be fixed (or the origin will be locked again).

Fixed a potential colony for splinter colony wasn't spawned (and Stellaris Dashboard couldn't read savedata).

Updated for Planetary Diversity. And randomizing planet class no longer affect splinter colony planets.

Updated compatibility with Dyson Swarm mod. Now, "Hostage Planet" origin (your species lost planet habitability) block the whole event.

Fixed about conflict between vanilla Commonwealth of Man and the Splinter Colony. And vanilla file overwriting is removed.

- Now, lost colony or void dwellers origins block the whole event. human_2 country flag won't block no longer.

- Now, it is possible to trigger the whole event without Splinter Colony initial systems or origin.
Note: you can start with "Planetary Diversity - Unique Worlds" origins again. The splinter colony planets become decent but non-ideal planet classes.
- Fixed non-homeworld species leader could a spy for the splinter colony.
- Fixed species mentions should be on original homeworld species but on modified owner spesies.
- Update for "Planetary Diversity" new planet classes (Swamp, Outback and Highland ).
- Vanilla CoM won't spawn if you trigger the whole event.
