Changes to Admin tribe scanner
Scanner should now find more structures.
Right click now removes your personal ownership of tribe structures in range instead of just telling you where they are.
Left click still lets you teleport to enemy structures in foundation blocking range.

Fix to Phokxx Remote sync function. If you had several activate only/ deactivate only buttons with the same code, their settings would get messed up.
