Removed detailed hitbox due to issues with latest version of the game.

Improved simplified hitbox.

Changed cars to stay upright on slopes.

Inside turns of 1 length no longer generate rotating wheel poles.

Rotating wheel speed lowered to be in sync again, due to changes to the game.

Added second left handed version of the ride.
