quick hack to make the puzzle grid usable

Updated to the new Neon ship
Switched from the stock glow to a custom foreground glow shader
Made the entire track visible from any distance
Made all buildings visible from any distance
New visualizer lane markers
Tweaked the buildings' shader
Fixed the scene floor to not be cut off by Z culling
Added a horizon
Possibly improved performance
Switched to a custom grid that imitates the new stock grid but fixes the block collection indicators
