Sabaea is WIP but is still missing several units:

- MERCS: Gunud Habashim, Anatim Habashim = Gunid is a heavy spear, based on vanilla RoN. Anatim must be a shotela unit.
- Camel Lancer is missing.

Warbirth calls for Camel Lancers, Camel Archers and Camel Skirmishers. Need to do a stocktake to decide what exactly we have / don't have.

Work on Saba should be KIVed, until the Warbirth equivalents are ready to ship.
