- 3 "Greek" nations - Poeni, Thebaoi, Larissa - now have access to the Ballista, but like the Persians, have to shell out a lot of Wealth just to get them.
- Odrysians get access to the Oxybeles.

THE QUESTION OF SIEGE TOWERS

- Siege Towers and Mantlets are not properly inserted.
- FLAG_R should have an attack debuff versus Siege Towers and Mantlets and Siege Rams
- Only advanced factions should be able to build Siege Towers.

That leaves us with some problems........

Kushans finalised with the following rules:

- Armed Caravans may be recruited by any faction that researched Patronage.
- Armed Merchants are available only for select factions that researched Isolationism, namely: Athens, Poeni, Illyrians and Sabaeans.
- Armede Supply is available from the get go for nomadic factions: These are the Saka, Sarmatians, Tokharoi, Illyrians, Paeonians, Arabs and Boii.

- Persian Ballista debuff has been added.
- Sound issues associated with siege weapons found and fixed. A similar bugfix will be rolled out for Kings & Conquerors and Warbirth quite soon.
- Kushans can now train Spear Levy from a Town Watch Guild, thus completing the faction and preparing it for a reappearance in Rise of Kings.

Spear Levy added to Kushan roster. This unit can be trained only from a Town Watch Guild.
