added apex mammoth, apex ravager, added craftable tek rex, tek giga, apex tek giga. Made spawning of all creatures less frequent. Added supply drop.

added tranq arrows, made bosses drop apex armor, gave alduin an ice breath, fixed clipping issue with apex hat

added a set of armor, including shield. added apex ptero. next update will include the tranq arrows, reduce overall spawning of apex creatures, let you level ptero speed cuz i forgot that, will also add armor to boss drops cuz i forgot that in this update
