Fixed uncombined stacks of terrain blocks in inventory and another stack consolidation bug when using the garbage thief. Added a toggle for glow tube replacement in the setting smenu.

Added "Normal" terrain option which reverts to the default terrain textures.
Added skybox '0' setting which removes the custom skybox completely.
