-Redistributed power among strong attacks. (This might've been a buff too?)
-Fixed being able to avoid parrystun by jump or attack cancelling a parried down special.
-Fully charged neutral special's knockback scaling has been slightly increased.
-Forward special has yet another new property: the move can be used again while the bowling ball is out to make use of the melee hitbox on the hammer. This same hitbox can still be used to relaunch the ball once again like all other hammer moves. It sends at a neutral angle like with forward strong, but the ball doesn't go as far due to the attack being weaker.

Back aerial has been replaced with a new move where Cinna swings a pickaxe behind her. Compared to the older one, it is slightly slower and is active for much less time, but it deals slightly more damage, has a bit more range, and is disjointed.
