-Seeds give a bit more hitstun so you can combo off of it better
-Hamtaro is pretty good state right now, not too broken but has some jank you can pull off

-Foward air is busted so I nerf it. It now has less knockback and knockback scaling and it does less damage and travel less far. It's still pretty good though.

-Increased the hitbox for down tilt, side tilt
-Forward air comes out a bit faster
-Down special has a bit more knockback
-A bit more changes I can't remember. I should honesty write what I changed down before I forget.

-Made Hamtaro a litte less annoying by taking out the sound effect for down and side tilt but it's still on up tilt. I don't even know why I had it on those two tilts since I made them up those moves and they not even in the Hamtaro games
-Made the sound effect on up tilt a little less loud but I'm not sure if it's noticeable
-Lastly I made neutral special jump cancelable at the begging of the move

I changed a lot of stuff but the most important changes are that:
-Amount of seeds you get from neutral special is between 5-10
-Down special last a little longer
-Added hit sound effects for f-air and f-special

A lot of balance chances but here are the most important:
-Nerf forward strong like the distance and kill power
-Buffed forward air hitbox
-Down air now has a sweet and sour spot so it doesn't always spike
-New taunt by holding down and press the taunt button
-Jab should connect all three hits now
-A lot of minor changes most of the moves
