Tweaked faction select screen info to appear in the lord's effects, rather than the faction's effects, in line with changes upcoming in parent UCfA mod. Mod is current to both parent mods.

Updated to give Mixu's legendary lords bonus caps for appropriate units, in the same way that UCfA does for vanilla lords

Updated for latest patch and version of Mixu's mod. Also, folded in new base caps feature from parent UCfA mod.
