-Stats slightly adjusted. Apparently hitstun gravity acceleration doesn't go past 0.53 in the base cast.
-Down tilt's front hitbox has been slightly risen up.
-Forward aerial's hitboxes were slightly adjusted. (It might have a bit more of range now?)

New moves time! The Pizza Dino decided the fighters in Rivals aren't really too good for his diet.
-In BlueyBot's new forward strong, the Dino performs a powerful headbutt. It has slightly less total damage compared to the old one, but the larger area of reach and lack of an unreliable linking hitbox should make things slightly better.
-In the new up strong, the Dino backflips while swinging his larger-than-usual tail. Again, it has less total damage compared to the older one, but it should be a lot more reliable to land.

-Dash attack has one less multi-hit. Final hit deals 7% in compensation.
-Forward aerial landing lag decreased(8->6).
-Down aerial now reflects back to BlueyBot upon being parried instead of being destroyed.

some more stuff

-Jab animation slightly tweaked (again).
-Forward tilt's hitboxes are now circular and slightly bigger. They also send now at the Sakurai angle(45º -> 361º).
-Neutral aerial's late hit has increased scaling(.5->.6).
-Forward aerial has slightly more endlag. The clean hit has more base knockback(5->6) and lasts longer (3->6). The late hit has been removed. Sweetspot lasts less time (6->5). Landing lag was also increased (5->8).
-Neutral, forward and down specials's animations were slightly tweaked.

- Jab animation slightly tweaked.
- Fixed a small 'gap' between the transition of the clean and late hits of neutral aerial.
- H's cooldown is slightly longer(4 second if it doesn't hit, 2 if it does).
- Any time upon despawning, whether manually or not, Blueytank has a 4 second long cooldown now.
