-ftilt sweetspot has more scaling (.6->.75)
-fair hitboxes adjusted so it's more clear where's the sweet and sour spots. sourspot is now active for 7 frames with a final bkb of 4 while the fire sweetspot is active for 6 with a final BKB of 3. fire sweetspot kb scaling increased(.7->.75).

BlueyBot has received a major overhaul on his sprites. Many animations have been readjusted. They should look a lot prettier now.
