-Forward tilt has slightly bigger hitboxes.
-Up tilt's animation has been slightly adjusted. Hitboxes have also been adjusted with them, becoming bigger overall.
-Forward and up strongs have increased base knockback (8 -> 9).
-Down strong's animation has been slightly adjusted. The hitboxes have also been changed to fit them - the back hitbox is a lot bigger, but the middle-front hitbox is active for less time.
-Back aerial startup reverted.
-Down aerial's shards have increased knockback(4 -> 6) and deal slightly more damage (1% -> 2%).
-H has more final knockback(7 -> 8).

-Jab sends at 45º angle now.
-Dash attack's multihits are spaced a bit more between each other, and has one less hitbox.
-Forward and up strongs have slightly less startup, deal slightly less damage (16% / 14%, respectively and counting the 2% link hitbox) have slightly less base knockback(9 -> 8).
-Back aerial has slightly more startup.
-Up aerial's sweetspot hitbox has been changed to act more like a tipper.
-Down aerial spawns a bit higher up and is no longer transcendent. Switch shards deal only 1% damage and even less knockback and hitstun.
-Neutral special deals a lot less damage (3%) and has less knockback scaling.
-H's hitbox is smaller. Knockback has been reduced to 5 base kb and 7 final kb. The cooldown is 30 frames longer on whiff and hit.
-Hitting neutral special on Blueytank grants less horizontal distance. Blueytank's cannonballs deal less damage(4%) and knockback scaling. They'll also destroy themselves should they fall a certain height(think the height of the bottom platforms to the top of a typical triplat stage like Tower of Heaven or the training mode stage).
