-3 new prisoners transport missions (find them at city notice board and mil OP)

-fixed some missing gaps in outpost modules

-REFINED TONGS SPRITE AND ANTI-RAD SUIT ADJUSTMENTS(excellent job, Scale!)
-REFINED prison escape in Prison 1 (it uses the updated prison 2 escape event stuff, so prisoners really try to escape into your sub and you get reward if they survive)
-NEW OUTPOST MODULE: Refined vanilla military crew quarters with usable beds, canteen and stairs. Find it in military outposts.
-Generic outpost NPCS now also have 1x health multiplier (vanilla has 3x). You are no-longer fighting demi-gods
-adjusted research station spawning zone, so that ruin spawns are guaranteed for their Salvage missions
-more mining outpost in zone 3
-tweaks to rewards of nest missions and cargo missions
-cold cavern levels are a bit shorter, which means events happen more often and you get to higher difficulties faster
-replaced vanilla security guards with modded ones. These have 1xHP instead of vanilla 3xHP, have more weapon variants and are immune to stun. Use adrenaline to also get stun immunity when fighting.

-NEW PRISON ESCAPE EVENT
-NEW OUTPOST MODULES: Vanilla prison module 2 now spawns but with actually functioning prison with event, new engineering module variant
-NEW ITEM: Outpost Computer Terminal (vanilla computer decor, but now it can be interacted with as a terminal)
-Military outposts, research outposts and mining outposts no longer transform into cities, loosing their specialty
-fixed canteen not giving you any soup for the rest of campaign if you eat 6
-fixed non-sensical overriding of radiation affliction
-fixed bonethreshers acting weirdly
-fixed vast majority of outpost generation errors!
-fixed well relaxed affliction (from fishtail cocktail) lasting 3 reallife days instead of 1 hour

-refined anti-rad suit sprite (great work, Scale!)
-reduced size of fire caused by dropped rods (fire grows slower)
-new icon for Exposure affliction (caused by the rod, so you dont immediately get dangerous rad poison)
-fixes to outpost module generation
-custom outpost modules now have loot
-vending machine coins now spawn in outpost loot
-decrease amount of spinelings due to them causing lag
-removed spineling swarm mission for the same reason
-adrenaline cures stun and gives stun resistance, but deals organ damage

-singleplayer fuel rod mechanic improvements. Rods are generally safer
-NEW ITEM:Anti-Rad suit. Makes you immune to exposure, extreme fire protection. Perfect for bot at reactor.
-rework of fuel rods and tongs (much more reliable, performance)
-tongs can now be stored in cabinets and with hot rod inside will ignite it
-new vending machine coin visual + make it autofill
