-Opiates dont heal burns
-Adrenaline cures stun
-Radiotoxin doesn't give free fuel
-Anti-Rad new recipe, more uses if applied skillfully
-New item: Tongs (for handling hot fuel rods)
-Updated EMP affliction (cures very quickly on humans, deadly to guardians)
