Update 4.3:
1. Removed Hat Kid's Scooter Asset Replacement.
Hoping it also fixes DefaultDiffuse texture constantly being used when Scooter has no colors.
2. Dyeable Scooter is now never used if custom Scooter Badge is equipped.
