v1.6 - Balance Patch:

Huge shout out to "Glen's Acolyte" and "Landkon999" for their hard work on this balance patch!

- float time reduced
- damage on many moves has been reduced
- energy cost for jab/nari, fspecial, nspecial, dspecial, and uspecial burst have been increased
- energy cost for uspecial movement has been slightly decreased
- jab and nair have more start up and
- fair has increased start up, whiff lag, and landing lag
- uair has increased start up, whiff lag, and landing lag
- dattack has increased endlag
- dstrong has reduced angle, and reduced base KB
- ustrong has reduced base KB and increased KB growth
- fstrong has increased KB growth
- passive recharge rate decreased

- Deleted css_draw.gml as it causes the game to crash in the latest version 1.5.11
- Fixed a bug where GK would stare at the spawn location in 4 players games when one of the players has died

- when in team matches, Gatekeeper's eye will no longer track your ally
- modified hover/float to be more consistent with expectations (i.e. Pomme, SSBU peach)
- when Nspecial laser is parried, the beam animation no longer lingers
- parrying Dspecial no longer results in single bullet
- hitting Gatekeeper out of Fspecial no longer results in being "stuck" next time it is used
- Increased Fair landing lag from 6->8 frames
- decreased charged Dspecial startup from 45->20 frames
