Provided an updated version of 1.1 as seen in the previous patch notes. Some code wasn't initialized before I submitted the character. Oops.

Gravity has been lowered, horizontal air speed has been increased, and wave land friction has been reduced to provide better mobility.

Neutral air attack length decreased.

Neutral air now can provide a vertical boost when done at the start of a jump. While falling, neutral air can provide a small hop to disrupt the fall.

Brands now have a stronger visual indicator for when they overlap and can't be placed on top of each other. (Sound issue has not been fixed yet.)

Up special's strong hit now comes out sooner than the weak hit, but the strong hit has twice as much landing lag.

Tilt and jab animations have been reworked.

Forward aerial now has a sweet and sour spot.

Dash attack end lag has been reduced.

Down aerial end lag has been reduced.

Down aerial knockback increased to provide better consistency on connecting the landing hitbox.

Brand explosions have slightly increased based knockback.
