Added windows on the Third Floor as a hint.

It also looks like all the Overall/Daily Best Time stuff got erased with this new update. Deeply sorry for that! I will never update the map again. T_T

As a guide, people have taken 13 to 28 minutes to complete this mission.

Made the roof more true-to-life (you may Google the building) so that the .png looks nice! Gameplay unaffected.

Problems that were fixed with this update:
- A laser was pointing the wrong way.
- Character selection: Redhead was unavailable, Lookout spawn was the wrong one.
