Sprite/UI improvements.

I feel so bad that someone in the workshop discord was kind enough to send me some improved sprites, but then I forgot to upload them for over a year. I can't even find their name on Discord to properly credit them. If it was you and you see this, by all means message me on discord so I can properly credit you.

4/4/20 UPDATE CHANGELOG:

Terriermon is officially a FINISHED CHARACTER! I don’t think I’ll be updating him much anymore. If someone wants to do a collab and add Megagargomon for his down special, message me, but I have no plans of doing it myself.

NORMALS:
Dash attack: Now goes off platforms
Down strong: New animation, new frame data, new base knockback and knockback scaling
Down air: Knockback scaling reduced, base knockback increased

SPECIALS:
Neutral special: Hit sound added on impact, lowered base knockback and scaling
Down special: Comes out on frame 2

NORMALS:

- Swapped ftilt and jab; made new jab tilt cancelable, made new ftilt better at connecting into itself

- Up tilt: changed angle; now sends straight up. Increased scaling slightly.

- Neutral Air: If you hold down, Terriermon will not bounce on hit.

- Forward Air: Decreased scaling on the second hit

- Back Air: increased hitbox size, no longer reverse hits

- Down Air: Decreased scaling on the second hit; +16 frames of endlag (no change to landing lag)

SPECIALS:

-Neutral Special: Decreased knockback scaling drastically

- Up Special: Slowed down; hitboxes compensated to connect as well as before. Frame data compensated for height.

- Side Special: Slowed down; hitboxes compensated to connect as well as before. Frame data not compensated for distance. +6 frames of endlag, so side b to up b isn’t guaranteed.

MISC:

- Edited the colors to make them more faithful to the digimon they were inspired by, specifically alts 3 (Wormmon), 4 (Impmon), and 5 (Renamon). Before I used their sprite colors from Battle Spirit, but I feel they were inaccurate.

- Fixed a bug where Terriermon’s name appeared as “New Item”
